This Was Such a Profound Discovery for Me

And yet, I already knew... didn't I?

We all do.

Why did it take me 20 years of reading the symbolism of the tarot cards, pondering the ways of the medicine men who read omens from the leaves in the wind. And metaphysical study from the time I could pick up a book, before it fully landed into my awareness???

Back when I was a 'young healer' (haha the early days) I would lead my clients through visualizations to repair their chakras & energy system.

It never failed to astound me that I would witness their energy respond in REAL TIME as they made the changes.

And yet, every student of mine and even clients would ALWAYS say this to me at some point:

“Am I just making this up?”

It's such a shame how much we have been socialized to dismiss our greatest power... the power to access astral through visualization and SPEAK to energy.

This truth I have tested time and time again for 15 years (at the time of this writing) and I can confidently tell you, it freaking WORKS.

The most sacred of all languages IS the language of SYMBOLISM and THAT is how energy communicates.

I call it "The Language of Energy".

The Oldest & Most Sacred Language is Symbolism

When you enter your alpha or theta state, you arrive in a space where your energy can can communicate itself to you.

This means that all of those accumulations of painful emotional energies can present to you in form of images.

Why Symbolic Interaction Creates Real Change

This is the key to working in astral. And when I say 'astral' I am referring to the unseen realm, the realm of energy.

When you interact with a symbol, the energy responds.

When you clear something in the symbolic environment, the energetic obstruction clears.

When you repair something symbolically, the energy reorganizes itself accordingly.

When you strengthen structure in the image, stability increases in the system.

This is NOT metaphor.

It is MECHANISM.

Energy doesn't need to be analyzed to change.

It responds to engagement, and strategic interaction.

And THIS is why symbolic work will create shifts that feel immediate and lasting - without emotional strain or mental effort.

One of the most beautiful aspects of energy work is that you do not have to re-enter memories or relive traumatic experiences.

You do not need to excavate your past to resolve & release it.

You have insight.

That Nagging Doubt...

I've encountered 2 types of people who struggle with this approach:

1. People who refuse to trust what they see in imagery and doubt themselves

2. People who dismiss what they see because it's TOO EASY

And then of course there is always the rare instance of a person who simply cannot visualize. But in that case, it's usually just a lot of dense energy collected which is blocking the view.

Perhaps some words to the conscious mind will help.

Give yourself permission to speak to your energetic self.

Allow it to reveal to you where it needs attention.
